James F. Belsher, Jr.

October 28, 1978 - July 6, 2020

James (Jimbo) Franklin Belsher, Jr. entered in to resting free of pain on July 6, 2020 at St Francis hospital in Topeka, Kansas. Jimbo was born on October 28, 1978 to James Belsher, Sr and Debbie (Trusty) Belsher at Stormont Vail hospital in Topeka.

Shortly after birth the family moved to Clifton Hill, Missouri, where he lived on the family farm until his father passed in 1989. After his father passed, Jimbo moved back to topeka with his mom and older brother, Jesse. James spent the rest of his childhood growing up in Topeka before meeting Jennifer Williams in 2000. After meeting Jennifer he moved to Independence, MO where they had his only child, Kendra Lynn Belsher on December 30, 2002. Kendra was the light of Jimbo's life, his world revolved around her, and he would do anything for her. Jimbo spent his last years living in Topeka KS with his mom, his step-dad, and brother, Jesse.

Jimbo was loved by everyone he came into contact with and did not know a stranger. He would give his last of anything to make sure you had something. Jimbo was the life of the party and always had a joke. Jimbo was known for his camera and at anytime you could be recorded for one of his many videos just to make memories with, be silly, and look back on.

Jimbo had many friends and family and will be forever missed but his impact on anybody he came in contact with will always be remembered by each individual. Jimbo was a law abiding citizen except for his seatbelt.

James was proceeded in death by his dad, James Franklin Belsher, Sr.; one brother; and his grandparents. Jimbo is survived by his mom, Debbie; step-dad, Neil; daughter, Kendra; brothers, Jesse and significant other, Jennifer Josling; Merle, Loyd, Terry, and Jimmy; and sister, Mary Lee, all of Illinois.

There will be a celebration of life for Jimbo on July 19, 2020 from 11 to 2 at Snider's Cabin at Gage park in Topeka. All are welcome.
