  • Uncle David,

I am still in shock that you're no longer here. I feel so fortunate to have been able to spend a lot of time with you while spending so many days/nights with Grandma and Grandpa.

One of my favorite memories of you, is when we climbed into the dragon behind Leroy's  cabin and you helped me find huge mussel shells and other little treasures. You lifted me out of the mud and carried all of my findings back to the cabin. It was always a good time whenever you camped with us.

David, I never heard you speak ill towards anyone, you loved animals, and loved your family. You deserved better treatment, at times. I am sad that you're gone, but I am relieved to know that you're no longer suffering. Please watch over all of us. I love you, D-Bob
