Homer "Buzz" Jobes- Passed away Monday December 21,2020 at his home from Renal Cell Carcinoma.
He was born August 17,1944 to William Jobes and Violet Moffit in Moundsville West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his father William and mother violet and sister Starr Savo.
He survived by his sister Marsha Wassum of Moundsville West Virginia, His beloved wife of 40 years Mary Jobes they married may 13,1980. He has 3 children , Melissa Wetterau of Orlando Florida age 45, Spencer Allen of Topeka Kansas age 42, Melissa Jobes of Topeka Kansas age 40. He has 12 Grandchildren, Alexis Hollenbeck, Christopher Hollenbeck, Marissa Wetterau, Thomas Wetterau, Austin Wetterau, Aaron Ryan, Adysson Cobuluis,  Ashton Allen,  Azra Cobuluis,  Makenzie Allen, Carter Allen, Cooper Allen; 3 Great grandchildren, Martavion Vaughn, Montavion Vaughn, Ma'Kiyah Vaughn.
Homer went to school at Union City in Moundsville West Virginia then after he joined the military 1960 was sent to Germany as a mechanic, Then became a preacher 1978, worked as a mechanic in Leavenworth where he met his beloved wife  Mary Jobes. They moved to Topeka Kansas Homer started working at Topeka Truck stop as a mechanic on the semi tractor trailers. Also worked for Munoz Trucking as Driver of the semi tractor and trailer. 
 
Homer loved working on vehicles and teaching his children how work on them and also his friends. He loved to fish, enjoyed going to casino with his wife. Homer was a great man and was loved by many. Homer always tried help people in need.
Homer will be cremated and there will be a service at a later date due to covid.
