Carolyn Sue Pusch

Carolyn Sue Pusch, 71, of Topeka, KS, passed away on October 29, 2019 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS.

 

Carolyn was born in El Dorado, Missouri to Estaline L. Darnell and Harrison A. Belcher on February 24, 1948. She was one of nine children to Estaline and Harrison. She

attended school in El Dorado and soon after moved to Topeka, KS. That is where she met David Pusch while working at Helen’s Catering Company. Carolyn and David were

married on May 1, 1970 in Lawrence, KS at the Douglas County Court House. A few years later Carolyn and David had two children, both sons, Erick Joe born on September

22, 1973 and Randy Lee born on July 7, 1975. In addition to raising her boys, she also worked in the kitchen at Stormont Vail Hospital for several years. She retired from there

in 2013 to enjoy her retirement and spend time with her grandchildren.

 

Carolyn is preceded in death by both of her parents, Harrison and Estaline and some of her siblings.

 

Carolyn is survived by her husband, David Pusch and two sons, Erick and Randy Pusch. She also is survived by her grandchildren, Alexis Wilson, Jayden Pusch, Jenna

Pusch, Aaliyah Pusch, Leighana Pusch, Selena Pusch, Cameron Pusch and Tanner Pusch. She also has two great-grandchildren, Darion Wilson and Jalia Wilson. Carolyn loved her grandchildren dearly.

 

Cremation services will be handled by Angels Above Cremation Services at 3936 NW 16 th Street in Topeka. A Remembrance & Celebration of Life Ceremony to be determined at a later date.

 

One lives in the hope of becoming a memory.
