  • Evon, I’m glad I got to share a part of my life with you. One thing I’ll always admire about you is your love for your family. You’ve been a part of my life for the last 15 years and we shared many laughs, delicious home cooked meals and fun experiences together. I’ll always love you and know you will now rest peacefully.

  • My thoughts and prayers to Evon's family!! Evon was a true blessing to all who worked with her, including the students!!

A memory I  have of her was when we had a pool on the NCAA basketball finals. I put my name next to all of hers. She asked me why, and I kidded her that she was always close to winning but didn't!! Low and behold I won!!

  • Evon or Ms. Evon was always a caring and loving person. She always talk about how much she loved her children, grandchildren and her sister and I can't forget about smokey and rocky. I can remember one year Evon was visiting Charley and somehow she talked me into dog sitting.  Well I soon learned that smokey like to  drink kool-aid.  I  look down and smokey had drank my kool-aid.  Faith, Allan, Nicole you all truly had a wonderful mother and Charley she loved you to death. We spent many our together talking about our family.  Nicole thank for all you done for your mom. When we got a chance to talk or text she told me how proud she was of you for everything you was doing for her and how you was taking good care of her. If there is anything I can do please let me know.  May God bless and keep you all in perfect peace.  I'm praying for the family.  Love Isaac
