Kenneth Lee Rustin

Kenneth Lee Rustin, 69, of Rogers, AR entered into his eternal rest on August 29, 2026 at Willow Tree in Topeka, KS.

Kenneth was born on July 9, 1957 in Kansas City, MO to Shirley and George Rustin. He married Donna Stadler and had 4 children during their 20 years together. He was an avid Chiefs fan who enjoyed woodworking, fishing and coaching youth sports.

In witnessing the reconciliation of his family through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, he was inspired to join the Catholic Church. And humbled by the Lord and his suffering, he entered into the Body of Christ on Easter Vigil in the fullness of joy and hope of the resurrection. At the last breath of his earthly pilgrimage, the end of Psalm 121 was being read to him by his son Joseph “The Lord will keep your going out and coming in
from this time forth and forevermore.”

Kenneth is preceded in death by his father & mother, George and Shirley. He is survived by his sister Tammy Hargis & husband William, son Jason Rustin & wife Heather, son Joseph Rustin, daughter Sarah Rustin, daughter Cassie Kaufman & husband J.C. and his 6 grandchildren Madison, Ethan, Liam, Oliver, Charlotte & Christian.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church in Topeka, KS on Friday, September 18 th at 11:00 am.

Kenneth will be laid to rest in the Rite of Committal at the Columbarium in the West garden of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, AR on Friday, September 25 th at 4:00 pm.
