Patricia “Pat” A. (Kaberline) Vinning, age 87, of Topeka, KS passed away at The House at Midland Care on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, surrounded by her two sons and daughter-in-law.
She was born the daughter of John and Catherine (Burghart) Kaberline on September 23, 1935, in Topeka, KS.
Survivors include her two sons, Tom Vinning and his wife Debbie whom she resided with the past few years of her life and Dan Vinning, Kingsland, GA; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers Edward Kaberline, Richard Kaberline and his wife Marian.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tony Vinning; daughter, Jo Ann Vinning; siblings, Mary Jacobs, George Kaberline, John Kaberline, Lydia Porubsky, and Bill Kaberline.
Pat graduated from Hayden High School. She had several jobs, but her last employment was with Porubsky’s Grocery Store before retiring. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and feeding the birds.
Per her wishes, she was cremated. Interment will be private, at a later date, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery-Topeka.
Memorial contributions can be made in Pat’s memory to Sacred Heart/St. Joseph Parish; Cotton O’Neil Cancer Center; or Midland Care.

Tom, Dan and the Kaberline sorry to read about Pat passing. She the last one in little that was left. She will be in my prayers.
Tom and Danny, I’m very sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. So many great childhood memories were made in that house of yours. I refer to them often while reminiscing about my childhood. Your Mom was the best. May she rest in peace. Your friend, Doug Gartner.
