Rhonda Griffin

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved sister, and  mother ,Rhonda Griffin, who left us on December 18, 2024, at the age of 57.

Rhonda was a loving mother, devoted sister, friend, and an unwavering source of strength to all who knew her.

Born on November 10, 1967, in Topeka Ks to David Griffin and Lockie (Carver) Griffin.  Rhonda attended Holy Name School for 8 years, later  she attended Hayden High School for two years and later graduated from Topeka West High School.

When Rhonda was in grade school she participated in ballet and was on the swim team (Topeka Swimming Association)where she swam competitively. Later in high school Rhonda ran cross county for Hayden High School (where she lettered) and the Topeka Thunder Bolts.

Rhonda worked many jobs during her life ; however, she found her niche and that was being a care giver to the elderly and disable. Rhonda loved her job and thought of her clients more as family than a job. Rhonda always seem to be able to find the good in everyone when others could not.
