Rodney Alan Woodyard, 67, a Topeka, Kansas native entered heaven on Wednesday October 7th, 2026, after a short battle with cancer.
He was a 1976 graduate from Seaman High School. Rod worked many places all over the USA providing his expertise in electrical and HVAC.
In his last several years he took up residence in Fort Collins, Colorado working as a maintenance man at a local motel. Rod enjoyed working AND playing in Colorado. He often spent time camping at Cutty’s and fishing on Poudre River. He loved reminiscing his younger years and could tell you ALL the details. Most importantly, he loved Jesus.
Rod was preceded in death by his father, Keith Woodyard. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Woodyard, brothers, Ric (Becky) and Robbin (Debbie) Woodyard, Nephews, Aaric (Morgan) and Cole Woodyard, Nieces, Holli (Tyler) Thornton and Hayley (Jack) Noernberg and their children.
