Sharon Colleen Harris

Shari was born on July 10, 1959, in Westmoreland, Kansas, and passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026, at Midland Hospice House, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Alton Harris of Wamego, Kansas; her mother, Sharon K. Bargo of Wamego, Kansas; and her brothers, Greg McCown, Mike Bargo, and Trent McCown. She also leaves behind her children: Melissa Roberds (Randall Roberds), Laura Belt (Jeremy Belt), Nicole Johnson (Brian Johnson), Crystal Bropleh (Danick Bropleh), Michelle Harris, and Monica Calderon (Ruben Calderon), as well as 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Shari spent her career as a nurse, dedicated to caring for other families while deeply supporting her own. Her passion and commitment created a lasting legacy. She loved her yearly trips to Branson, Missouri, with family and friends, where she enjoyed going to shows, dining out, laughing, and making memories. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she always made sure everyone was included and felt special. In recent years, her favorite place to gather was a cabin in the woods of Arkansas with her loved ones.
Her sports was extremely important to her from watching the cheifs play football to the royals playing baseball and exspecially watching nefew Dalton Bargo playing baseball for college on tv as well. she made sure she was able to keep up wether it was on a tv or on her phone.
Fly high you are free as a bird and you will always be remembered and loved .
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
