Shirley M. VanSickle
July 22, 1938 - June 6, 2020
Shirley M. VanSickle entered her eternal rest on June 6, 2020 at Rolling Hills Nursing Center following a long illness. She was born July 22, 1938.
She was employed at the US Postal Service until her retirement.
She was preceded in her death by her mother and father, her brother, Lowell from California and her daughter Debbie Stewart of California. She is survived by her children, John VanSickle (Sondra) of Emporia, Kansas, Cindy LeJeune of McKinney, Texas, Susie VanSickle of Topeka, Kansas and Marilyn McClusky of Topeka, Kansas. She also is survived by 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Shirley enjoyed crafts like crocheting and making latch hook rugs. She also was an avid reader of books and enjoyed word puzzles such as cross words and word searches.
