Wilbur “Bill” Dean Dugan

Wilbur “Bill” Dean Dugan 84 of Holton, KS passed away on August 4, 2024, at Anew
Healthcare, Holton, KS. He was born on December 13, 1939, at home in Circleville, KS the son
of John T Dugan, Sr and Lezetta May (Schultz) Dugan.

Bill graduated from Circleville High School in 1958. He worked for the City of Holton as a meter
reader and power plant operator. Bill then started Bills Electric in the mid-70s and retired in
2003. Bill retired from the Kansas Army National Guard in 1997. After retirement he worked at
the Holton Walmart. Bill enjoyed several trips to Alaska, spending time with family and friends,
and helping others.

Bill married Margie Lavonn Rosdahl on April 8 th , 1961 in Axtell, KS, they were later divorced.
He married Lois J Bruton on Dec 13, 1985 she preceded him in death.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers John T Dugan Jr., Richard E Dugan, and
Charles E Dugan.

He is survived by his 3 children Timothy D (Julie), Holton, Todd D, Denver, CO, Travis D
(Libbey), Monument, CO, 5 grandchildren Tiffany, Tavin, Amber, Tori, and Ty Dugan, and 2
great-grandchildren Talhia and Torin Dugan his 2 surviving siblings Robert R Dugan (Sandy)
Lumberton, TX, and Ethel M. Caulk (Tracy) Rockingham, NC.

Graveside services will be held at a later date, along with military honors at the Hoyt Cemetery.
