Hezekiah Dare

Hezekiah Dare, 25, went to meet his Lord and Saviour on August 26, 2026.

Hezekiah was born on January 4, 2001, in Kansas City, MO, to Dana Davis and Timothy Dare. He began his life in Blue Springs, MO, later moving to Atchison, KS and then Lawson, MO, graduating in 2019. He attended college at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO, studying Civil Engineering and was active with the Baptist Student Union. At the time of his passing, he lived in Topeka, KS and was employed by JEO Consulting, working on bridge and highway projects.

He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Dare, and his grandfathers, Daniel Davis, Terry Cannady and Richard Dare. He leaves behind his mother, Dana Davis and brother Jebediah Davis, (Lawson, MO), brother Dakota Dare (of California), grandmothers Judy Davis and Pauline Cannady, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Hezekiah had numerous friends and many interests. He was active in church and had been involved with the Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief organization, aiding many in need. He had a keen interest in politics and world events. He brought joy into the lives of everyone that met him.

A Memorial and Visitation Service will be held at noon, September 12, 2026, at Lawson Baptist Church, 18603 US 69, Lawson, MO.
