Paul Thomas Welliver

Paul Thomas Welliver, 62, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away June 6, 2026. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Agnes and Thomas Welliver, Paul was a devoted father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor.

Paul worked at Sears at the time of his passing and formerly owned his own HVAC company. He loved WWE, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, fishing, RC boats, and—most of all—spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was known for lighting up every room he entered and always offering a helping hand to anyone in need.

He is survived by his sister Anne Potter; daughters Amanda Welliver, Ashley Capps (Welliver), Rachel Williams, Serenity Morgan, and Barbie Howard; son Adam Welliver; grandchildren Tayliegh, Raelynn, Brynlee, Nimley, Mason, Gavin, Kaitlyn, Christian, Anthony, Nicole, and Katlyn; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and other family members.

A service will be held at Countryside Church, 3635 NE Highway K‑4, Topeka, KS 66617, on 07/11/2026 at 11:00 a.m., with offering condolences beginning at 10:00 a.m. The family will accept donations and cards at the service; flowers may be sent to the church. Donations to Countryside Church are welcome.
