Trecia Gayle Blair

 

Trecia Gayle Blair, born on July 21, 1963, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on December 5, 2024, in Topeka, Kansas, at the age of 61. 

 

Trecia enjoyed the simplicity and serenity that came with fishing, where she found a moment of calm away from life’s struggles. She worked as a landscaper before health issues caused her to slow down. Her strength and resilience shone through in the love she had for her children and her ability to persevere despite life's difficulties. She will be remembered by the memories she leaves behind with those who knew her. 

 

She is survived by her loving partner, John Fernandez; her eldest son, Dustin Palmer and his wife, Melissa; son, Jessie Chandler; her beloved grandchildren, Haley Van Fleet, Jaci Palmer, Kaylyn Palmer, Taylar Green, and Dillon Chandler; and her great-grandson, Kingston Jones. Trecia is also survived by her sister, Tammy Clark, and her brother, Terry Blair. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billie and Homer Blair; her older brother, Randy Blair; and her son, James Chandler. 

 

Trecia’s family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, free from pain and struggle, and forever remembered with love.
